SDD (Symptom Driven Diagnostics) is official dealership software designed for diagnostics, service and repair, and maintenance of Jaguar, Land Rover, and Range Rover vehicles prior to 2016.

It connects directly to the vehicle's OBDII and communicates with the vehicle via laptop through a USB cable and supports DoIP, CAN, and Multi-CAN protocols.
